Hi everyone! I am new to this forum and just venting tbh. Have not long been off the progestogen only pill, and was lucky that my periods came back after a month or two.
I decided to start taking my BBT, but it has just clicked today after re-reading instructions that I haven't been waiting for the thermometer to stabilise properly and now I have a whole month of temperatures that make NO sense. I can't wait for AF to arrive so I can get started again. Why am I such an idiot???
On the bright side I had a nice strong OPK reading and lots of egg white CM...but no proper temperature to back it up...why am I like this...
