Pomegranate juice for fertility

Hi all.

just wondering if anyone has tried or is currently drinking pomegranate juice to increase fertility. Or if anyone has any further information.

Wondering if its worth it.

If you like it, it's full of antioxidants and good for you (especially if you're replacing a soda for a glass of the pomegranate juice!) However, there hasn't been any scientific evidence that it does help with fertility. It is rumoured to increase the endometrial lining of the womb but it hasn't been proven.

Thanks for your response. Ive seen people mainly using it for IVF. I have brought some so will give it a go and hope for the best Wink
