Trying to get pregnant first cycle after Medical Abortion

Hello Everyone,
I had a medical abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol at 10 weeks. The heart of my baby stopped at 6 weeks 5 days and completely stopped growing... The doctors suggest I should not try at least until I get my first period but I have find out fertility increases after miscarriage. Has anyone managed to get pregnant right after medical abortion? and what day you have tried? Did you use any supplements, iron, folic acid, etc.? all the bests

There is no good scientific evidence either for “increased” fertility at this point or for delaying. How long did it take you or get pregnant last time? The usual advice is to wait for the next period really just to give you body the chance to get sorted out a bit, but also to give you a little time to process what has happened. I really do get how strong the desire is to become pregnant again quickly.
Your body puts a huge amount into a pregnancy, so a good prenatal vitamin and mineral supplement is a very good idea, making sure it contains folic acid (400mcg daily for most people) . Ideally we suggest folic acid for 3 months to build up your levels before conception. Eat and drink as healthily as you can (you and your partner).

@Sussexmidwife, Thank you very much for your reply. I appreciate very much. I get pregnant super fast. I am 46. I got pregnant at first single try. But miscarried the baby. They suspect chromosomal abnormality given my age. But baby had a heartbeat at 5w4. My autoimmune responses are always very strong I have the insect allergy called the skeeters syndrome. Last time I got flu was back in high school. and I am allergic to tons of pollens and foods. I know I am super old to become a mom. But I still hope...maybe my immune system? Maybe...
