When does luteal phase end? Spotting?

Hi everyone, after 4 CPs in 6 months and a quieter day in work, I have been driving myself mad with Dr Google. I suspect I may have a luteal phase prob as I do tend to spot before my period (this month I spotted at 10 dpo with period starting - proper blood - sorry TMI - at 15 dpo).

Is this an indication of a LP defect or given that I only start bleeding properly at 15 dpo I'm OK?

Any guidance would be great! Thank you!

@RoseGoldLove wow team yellow. A friend of mine did that this year i don’t know how she did it! Was a lovely surprise for her though!
Oh gosh I bet the bleed made you worry! We’re thinking to get the scan at the eight week mark. I hear that you can hear the heart rate at that stage!

We were lucky enough to see the flicker of the heartbeat at 6 weeks but I know that’s rare and yeah it may be unsettling if they don’t find one early on as it may not actually mean the worst. We went early as we were going on holiday so wanted to get it check before then.

Yeah the bleed was terrifying, I thought it was 4th time unlucky for us. Turned out I had a SCH next to the baby’s sac which got smaller at 9 weeks then bigger at 12....seems to be no sign at 20 so hoping it stays away! Like i say, bumpy road!

Team yellow! I like that! Or team grey at the moment seems the fashion.

Keep us updated @Mommybear05 on how you go! Crossing everything for you.

@Mommybear05 Woah! Such lovely news. Massive congratulations to you !! Wish a happy and healthy 9 months to you both @RoseGoldLove

I'm only taking Vit B6 at the moment. If that doesn't help this month, I will order B complex and B12 as well. It is a relief when you say they don't harm and get pee'd out if excess, else I'm terrified of doing harm to my cycles the way it happened when I took pregnacare ones. Thank you for your inputs 😊

This is so, so reassuring. Congratulations to you @Mommybear05!
I have a short luteal phase of 10 days and have read that pregnacare can lengthen this. I ovulate yesterday/today and started taking pregnacare this morning. I think I'm probably too late to make a difference this cycle but you've given me SO much hope for the future. Thank you and all the very best 🥰
