Pelvic pain- pregnancy symptom?

Hi all. I'm currently 7DPO. Last night, I started getting pretty bad pelvic pain (in my first pregnancy, I was signed off with horrific PGP from about 20 weeks).

Today, I've been weeing like there's no tomorrow and I've been having mild cramps. That was the first sign in each of my three pregnancies (2 MCs) that I might be pregnant.

I fully appreciate that no-one can tell me what's up and that I just need to give it a couple of days and do a test with FMU.

In saying that, have any of you experienced pelvic pain as an early pregnancy symptom? It is like a dull ache around the bottom of the pelvis and around the pubic bone.

We have been TTC our second child for 4 years with a couple of MCs along the way and are due to start IVF in a few weeks, which makes for extra confusion.
