Can anyone advise me my periods are regular but unbelievably light - i'm talking not even needing sanitary products!

Just can't imagine how I'd ever conceive like this???

My cylces are on the short side 26 days but regular. I do take levothyroxine but my levels are really good & optimal for ttc.

Periods used to be heavy when I was younger (I'm 32) this is a new thing for me. Feeling down.

Is your weight in the healthy BMI range? And do you have a balanced diet? I had very light periods when I was underweight and also more recently when my iron count was very low. My periods are slowly becoming a bit heavier again after several months on iron tablets! Vitamin deficiencies (especially iron) could contribute to this I would think so might be worth asking your GP to check them? Also to just chat generally to see if your thyroid function would be impacting? Good luck, hope you get some answers 🤞😊
