Possible MC but no symptoms whatsoever- so confused 😐

hey, so i first tested positive on Sunday 7th June and had numerous positives throughout the week and a blazing positive on Saturday 13th on FREE and CB digi. I did have some spotting and bleeding earlier last week but the tests got stronger after that. We said we'll test again on Friday and if that's all good book an early scan. Well me being me caved and tested yesterday and the line was there but fainter than the Saturday one. I did another this morning and its still there but very faint.

Im pretty sure this will end badly but I have zero symptoms of loss, no cramps, bleeding or anything else. If my tests show negative but im not bleeding what do I do? Should I call the GP? Would EPU see me due to this? I was told they wouldn't unless I get cramping and heavy bleeding so I'm a bit lost.

Im beyond heartbroken that this is happening 💔

Unfortunately there is zero point calling the EPU they won't see you as there is nothing they can do and at this very early stage in your pregnancy it would be too early to see anything

It's my experience after 5 miscarriages that you'll start to bleed once the tests turn negative, you may not experience bad cramping or anything it might just be like a heavy period type bleed and might last a day or two longer than your normal cycle x
