Supplement question.. Could something have caused a short luteal phase?

I'm 9 DPO and I normally have a long luteal phase (around 20-25) but last night I had low pain on one side and this morning brown spotting. This is my first cycle since a MMC which happened after 2 years TTC so I doubt it's implantation so quickly. Since the MMC though I've started some medication and I was wondering if anyone knows if any of this could cause a shorter luteal phase or if it's probably just my system messed up from the miscarriage..

Folic acid
Vitamin D spray (recommended by EPU)
Iron (prescribed)
Calc Fluor but only started during TWW
Vitex (had looked at this for a while but I was so negative about ever actually conceiving I never tried it thinking what's the point, decided to give it a go after falling pregnant but I've only been taking it 3 weeks so could it have made an impact in that time?)
I've started myo-inositol and coq10 in the past few days too but obviously that seems too quick to have done anything.

TIA 😊

I’m honestly not 100% best placed to advise as I haven’t taken the same supplements but I took pregnacare conception tablets and they massively changed my cycle length and I know it has affected other people too.

@Teakcaketotty that's interesting, thank you. I may see if I can drop the iron now, I was given it during my miscarriage last month. And I'm already wary of the vitex so I may drop it too.

I've had the same experience with Pregnacare Conception and just stopped taking it! I took it for 6 weeks and the full cycle I had in that time was 5 days shorter than usual and my period lasted days longer and was heavier than normal. No idea what it is in them that caused it but I'm so regular normally it had to be them as nothing else was different that month.

I’ve just had a similar thing happen to me. I had a chemical and then this month I arrived early. Not only that but it was 1 day of very red blood (sorry) followed by a dark brown clot and then trace brown for the next 3 days. I only normally take folic acid but added in pregnacare this month too.

This is really strange! Thank you all for the insight. I might gk back to basics with just folic acid and see!
