Hello everyone!

I had my first miscarriage in February, and although it was a surprise for us we both now really want a family and are planning to try next year when we settle into our new home.

However, I started on the pill again 2 months ago and truth be told I was a bit clumsy this month and missed 1 pill in week one and 1 pill in week two..

I've had sore boobs for about a week now, and I never usually have any breast or nipple pain. The last time this happened I found out I was pregnant.

Granted I'm due the 7 day break and withdrawal bleed next week, so it could also be that - but I dont usually get this!

I also dont really want to get my hopes up but I just needed to let this outtt. The last time I was off the pill for 2 months before we conceived.

Do you think theres any chance? Did you get pregnant will on the pill and did you miss any tablets, if so how many?

Thank you so much.

Rachel

Hopefully yous don't think I'm a complete idiot!

If you're having sex, there is always a chance. Nobody can tell you one way or another without a pregnancy test though.

I did used to get sore breasts when taking the pill though.

And I'm sorry for your loss.

FWIW, I got pregnant 3 times last year. Had 2 losses and I'm now 39 weeks. We weren't using contraception though.

I hope you get the outcome you want. I would do a test just to put your mind at ease.

So I'm now 5 days into my 7 day break and still no period... so I'm about 2 days late. Is it too early to take a test?

Tests are most accurate from the day your period is due. So test away op!
