5DPO - TMI*** - Brown spotting in underwear

Hey Guys! Just want some help. Me and my partner are TTC and my ovulation day was 31st May. Today is 5DPO and I woke up with brown in my underwear TMI!!!! I’m sorry lol

Has anyone had this experience? I’m thinking it’s implantation bleeding. I have read other people have had this an got BFP. Also my period are bang on every month and I never get early bleeding?? So this is unusual for me

Sorry I can’t be much help, but thought I would pop on to say you’re not alone! I had this yesterday and slightly today too (I’m about 5/6dpo as well). Hopefully it’s a positive sign for us both! Best of luck

It could be AF or spotting. I think if it lasts a few days it's more likely AF and if it stops it's a positive sign

@tootiredtoclean my AF never comes on this early.. and today I’ve had some little bits of brown again in my underwear

@ziipop me neither! Typically a 29 day cycle on the dot - due next on the 15th. I’m keeping in my mind how our bodies like to play tricks on us though 😂 hope for the best, expect the worse and all that!

@ziipop brown blood is old blood, and could be a sign of implantation which happens around 5dpo. Obviously I'm not telling you this is what is happening BUT that sounds like good news so I'll keep everything crossed for you!
When are you due to test? X

@bluemints yeah I’m hoping it’s goood news! I’m thinking of waiting till after my period but the wait is intense isn’t it

Hey @ZiiPop! Oh no! I hope you aren’t coming down with anything and it’s all good signs. Everything is fine here. The brown has totally stopped and now just white. No other symptoms apart from the sore side boobs ☺️

Ah so DTD with my partner and bright red blood. Super strange so I think mine was all just crazy body TWW syndrome!!

How are you doing @ZiiPop?! I’ve had a very strange week. Very faint lines on FRER Monday and Wednesday, negative yesterday, and cramps but no AF today - I’m sure it’s coming though! On/off brown spotting throughout 🤷🏼‍♀️

This thread came up when we had the same thing while trying to conceive. I’m glad to say that it was IB, and that we tested positive the week after
