Pet rabbit acting different with me - know I’m pregnant?

I’ve read a lot about cats and dogs acting differently when someone in the house is pregnant. I am 10dpo and yesterday night had spotting. Also had symptoms like tiredness and nausea so am thinking I might well be cooking something ...

This morning my DH’s Female pet House rabbit came up to me and greeted me and let me stroke her - she normally runs away from me when she sees me even from a mile off - very much his rabbit - wondering if she knows?

Neighbours cat also been extra talkative to me past few days but he is usually friendly anyway. Anyone else had experiences with rabbits knowing?

A rabbit has a sense of smell many times better than a human, although still way below the level of a dog.
