I've had one when ds was 6 months and then second one hasn't shown up yet. Confused Breastfeeding too.

I was on the combined pill for about 10 years and then conceived after one normal seeming period when I came off!

It was due about a week ago if my cycles were normal, but aware they are probably not!

Mine returned when DS was 14 weeks old and so far my cycles have been 36 days then 33. I'm still exclusively breastfeeding. They were always 29 days before I had him.

Interesting, so they have changed!

Mine didn't change at all. I exclusively breastfed but they came back at four months. They were the same 28 days apart as before. Well, they were for three months then I found out I was pregnant again Grin

My periods came back after 6 months with my first, I then had 2 cycles that were longer like 60 odd days and then 40 odd before they settled back to 28 days. Second child they came back after 9 months but took longer to settle, I think it was maybe 5 months before they were back to normal or their new normal. They changed too, my cycle went from 28 day vv regular to 26 days and my period went from lasting 6 days to lasting 8. Quite annoying really, I feel like I’m always on my period now. I exclusively breastfed both children for the first 6 months too, 13 months in total the first, 2 years 3 months the second.
