Sorry to jump back in. Work has been full on and tbh I’m still trying to get to grips with this fertility stuff. On my app my cycle is 31 days, due on 1st of the month. So my “window” is 14-17. However I’ve been using the clear blue ovulation, and got a flashing smiley from 17-19 and static smiley 20-22. Can someone more experienced tell me what that means? 😂

Just to add when we conceived my daughter we were pretty certain I ovulated later than predicted, as we DTD later in the cycle and I conceived...

@WaitingForEgg yeah so flashing means you are entering into your fertile window, when the oestrogen starts to rise before ovulation..... when you get the static smiley that means you will ovulate within 12-36 hours generally, so the advice I've read was to DTD every other day throughout flashing and then on both days of static, once you get static it stays on reader for 48 hours, this is your most fertile time. You then stop testing till next cycle xx

@WaitingForEgg I'm sorry you've had a stressful month TTC is stressful enough without outside factors! I think I'm 3dpo today, but with not confirming with temps this month I'm unsure! Yeah I think our cycles are similar, I tend to ovulate around 20-22 xxxx

@Blossom428 maybe the b6 has delayed it for you?? What a pain!!! I hate ava! I honestly don't understand it! Temp doesn't rise but it says confirmed ovulation pattern, maybe I don't need to understand it! I'm back at accupuncture this morn, as apparently you should do it twice in the week you ovulate! 🤷‍♀️ I just wish I knew I had ovulated

What does the line look like inside the test? X

Yeah maybe that's just how Ava is, and like you say because it is skin temp not bbt. Most of the reviews for Ava seem very positive. So maybe just keep going with it and see how this cycle goes.

This was this morning... which there has been the second line for most of the test it's just not going darker. Yours was so dark when you showed it the other day.

@Blossom428 I will attach mine the day before I got a static and the test where I got one,

My LP phase is always always the same, spotting on the evening of 14dpo and full flow comes through the night into morning of 15dpo, it's so strange because my LP phase is like clockwork I could literally tell you to the hour when it will come, yet ovulation is so so varied!! X

I've done done a cheapie opk and a faint line is starting to show. So hopefully this is the start of soemthing and vitamin B just pushed it back a couple of days. I stopped taking it yesterday and may just start again once I know I've ovulated.

Thats good about your LP phase though, so you know exactly when AF due- or hopefully not in this case this month 😊

@Blossom428 I've already accepted this won't be my month just with the mess up of ovulation etc, hopefully you are only a day or so away from ovulation now!!! Then you can join me! How long is LP was it ten? You'll be on the same time as me then!

9days LP my last 2 cycles have been... so I'm hoping the vitamin B may push it back a bit 🤞🏽 as 9 I think is a bit short for implantation.
I'm for once looking forward to the 2WW haha. Get this week behind me!

@Chlo2701 haha no I don't think I will this month, but I'm kind of okay with that! As I have a hen do in August in Ibiza which I would cancel if I was and a few other fun things! So honestly just taking sadness away this month!

@Blossom428 too early to symptom spot?! I've got really bad nausea today! I know it's not possible at 4/5dpo however when I was pregnant before I must of had it a week before period was due, I had a scan at 5 weeks and I'd already known for two! X

Ooooh have you... it's so hard not to symptom spot isn't it! You are coming up to the final week in 2WW though, so you aren't far off.
And if you've had nauseas before it sounds promising! 🤞🏽

If I can't DTD tomorrow, do you think today's will have been enough? We've been DTD every other day, and now I'm panicking if I can't do it tomorrow.
From looking at my other charts- I usually ovulated the day after my peak and then temp increases the day after that.

@Blossom428 defffo, uou are more likely to conceive from dtd before ovulation then on the actual day! I think we may of missed the day this time xx
