TTC May after coming off pill Cycle #1

Hi,
Thought I'd set up a new thread for people TTC this month.
I came off the mini pill 28th April. Still no sign of withdrawal bleed, or AF. I've been so bloated and some times feeling sicky. I think this is just hormones though. I've ordered some OPKs so hopefully they arrive soon, along with AF and I can actually start tracking, as no idea where I'm at. Anyone else in the same boat, and had issues with no AF after coming off the pill?

Hey

Me at the moment.

I took my last pill on the 16th of April had a withdrawal bleed but no AF so far. Had a tiny bit of spotting (which I wouldn't have seen had I not been actively looking).

Hello!

I’m new here :) I stopped taking my mini pill on 15/5/20. Had a few days of spotting.

Anxiously awaiting AF. Was on the mini pill for endometriosis.

Hi,

Thanks for joining :)
I wrote that message, and then I've literally had has spotting now. I don't know whether this will turn into AF. Fingers crossed!

Is this both your first time TTC?
It's mine. And I'm trying not to get all worked up with it, but find myself researching so much!

Hi don’t want to get your hopes up but I stopped the mini pill the exact same day as you and I found out on Tuesday that I am pregnant! I was bloated and had a little bit of spotting (presumed it was withdrawal bleed or af) but it stopped after a few hours! As I said, don’t want to get your hopes up but it can happen really quickSmile wishing you all the best x

Hi everyone! This is my first month TTC! I have a 2.5 year old boy and he took about 7 months to conceive, hoping this time goes quicker 🤞 I got my static smiley face on my clear blue test today so going to start the two week wait count after tomorrow! Good luck!

Blossom428 · 24/05/2020 23:00

@Rainbow1808 ohhh really!! How long after you stopped did you take a test?
I had thought about it, I did take a test on the 15th due to AF not arriving but it was negative. So I put it down to hormones.
I'm currently getting brown spotting, it's continued from 3pm today but not turned into another more as of it. I'll maybe see how it goes over the next few days and do a test. But like you say I'm not going to get my hopes up for it.
Congratulations to you though! Amazing news so quickly!!
Good luck @bluemints 🤞🏽

@Blossom428 exactly 3 weeks! So the 19th. I did take one a few days before but it was negative. Thank you! Can’t believe how quick it happened! I am very lucky❤️ Keep me updated on here!

Justkeepswimming91 · 24/05/2020 23:13

My first time ttc. I am 28 and DH is 32. Been on the pill (microgynon) for about ten years

misseb89 · 24/05/2020 23:15

Can’t tag you but congrats @Rainbow1808 !! Incredible news.

Our first time TTC as our wedding is postponed.

It’s early days for me, but so anxious for AF. Trying not to obsess everyday but can’t help but read lots online.

Rainbow1808 · 24/05/2020 23:17

Can’t tag you either^ but thanks so much❤️ Good luck to you✨

Blossom428 · 24/05/2020 23:32

It's so hard not too obsess. I have ordered OPKs which will arrive late next week. So if this is the start of AF then hopefully they will come in time to track.

AF has arrived - never been so happy for a period haha!
But would this be counted as a withdrawal bleed if it's my first one after stopping the pill, even though it had been nearly 4 weeks?
