I'm a week late and have felt a bit heart burny and my breasts have gone massive so thought I'd do a test as I saw one for a pound when I went shopping.
Just had the shock of my life, it's positive!! I'm sat in the bathroom shaking!
Me and DP have been together for 4 years, I have three older children from past relationship and he has two younger ones.
This was not in the plan, not sure how to feel yet! I have no idea why this was the first place I'd come to, suppose I need calming down please!

Oh my god I am pregnant!!!

Thank you!! It's a massive shock. I've not told him yet he's at work. I don't know how he's going to react

Congratulations! Bound to have been a shock for you! Hope your DP takes it well! Do you live together?

tiredandemosh1 · 22/05/2020 16:31

Ha @crimsonlake no idea how it happened, seriously though something not gone right with my pill this month!
We do like live together. I am thinking I must only be about 5 weeks, would the line be that strong for just 5 weeks??

Yeah you’re pregnant op.
You have choices though if it’s not what you want.

TheMerryWidow1 · 22/05/2020 16:43

That's great op let us know how you are doing

DontStandSoClose · 22/05/2020 23:11

If it’s an Asda cheapy freedom test just make sure you double check with another brand, they are notorious for false positives. I had one about 18 months ago when the timing wouldn’t have been great, luckily I was relieved to discover I wasn’t pregnant.

tiredandemosh1 · 22/05/2020 23:15

@DontStandSoClose that was the one I used!! I'll go and get another brand tomorrow I had no idea! Are they giving such strong positive results falsely do you know?? X

stairgates · 22/05/2020 23:19

That looks very positive, you could probably sue them if thats an error
Congratilations :)

tiredandemosh1 · 22/05/2020 23:31

@stairgates it is a strong positive isn't it. I can't believe it!!
