Sounds weird I know. I am planning to have my coil out in August with the aim of starting to ttc in January. I had the coil fitted 5 years ago after 10 years on the pill because my periods were horrific.
My husband is currently azoospermic but going through hormone treatment to try and rectify that (he had childhood cancer). The treatment itself is draining and v expensive (over a grand a month just for the meds).
I've always been worried about my fertility because of my periods and never had it checked out. If it turns out there's an issue with me too think we'd drop the fertility treatment and look into adoption.
But I don't know how long after the merina I have to wait to have the tests. Anyone have any idea.
