I am on Cycle 2 TTC and on CD15 following SMEP plan this month, tracking BBT and using OPKs xx

@SmileyT oh and to answer your other question I have a few days off during my period as I use a cup so it gets in the way. But if you use a pad it's possible with a bit of manoeuvring, you'd just have to sit up and be careful so you don't stain your sheets.

@Hayleylou89 probably next Friday? I don't really know when my periods due. I stopped the pill 17th April. I was using ovulation sticks and my peak was Monday so presuming I ovulated tuesday, I'm now 3dpo :) I'll say I'll hold out until a week on Sunday but I know I won't 😂😂 you? Xx

@mumoftwobeauts yeah my app is say af is due a week sunday so would love to wait until then but i know i wont... if i start feeling anything from around 10dpo ill test then as thats when i got a clear positive in my last pregnancy x

@HE88 I bought, l'arginine, vit C, vit E, femometer bbt thermometer and opks and a menstrual cup, been meaning to try it for ages and decided I might use it after DTD 😂 no calc flour on amazon so DP will get some from H&B 🙌🏾

@Doughnut100 oh that's good to know, I thought I'd clean it using orally but that definitely hasn't happened. I've just ordered a Bluetooth one that links to my app so hopefully that will help me head straight back to sleep rather than trying to read it and not being able to go back to sleep at 5.30am 👌🏾 I've just bought a cup so we'll see how I get on next month x

Hi everyone, wondered if I could ask your advice please. I had an early miscarriage last month at approx 5 weeks. The proper heavy bleeding started on 23 April and lasted a week (neg pregnancy test confirmed). I then started OPKs as had no idea what was going on with my cycle - got a peak completely out the blue 7 May with no lead up to it or anything.
When should I be testing? Cycles pre miscarriage were 24/25 days but I’m guessing things get a bit muddled. Any advice would be great and fx for all of you x

Hi everyone hope you’re all ok. Just wondered if this has happened to anyone...

My period came early after a 26 day cycle, lasted four days, and then completely stopped for a day (we dtd and everything, nothing it had completely stopped) and tonight I’ve started bleeding again. Has anyone had any start/ stop experiences after mc? This has never happened in my life x

So i got pregnant first try back in sept and lost my baby girl at one day shy of 23 weeks which was beginning of feb :( and we wanted to try again asap...this is technically my 3rd cycle but calling it my second normal one as the first one i didnt know when i ovulated etc. I was in a whatapp group last time after 5 of us got bfp and were all due end of this month and beginning of june... out of 5 of us pretty much 3 of us have had traumatic experiences which is gobsmacking ...but we are still intouch ...How about u? Guessing u have 2 children already possibly by ur name? Xx

Yes I have a nearly 5 year old boy and a little girl who's just turned 1. Last baby for me. If I could send you all my luck I would give you it, fingers crossed for you xxx

@mumoftwobeauts aww thats lovely, how long have u been trying for no3? And thanks for the well wishes, same for u 🙏 lets hope we see a few bfp in this thread...im hoping it happens quickly like first time round but who knows, the body is mine field and i am doing everything I can thats all we can do. I was so stressed last month panicking as i started opking too early and had tones of flashing faces so thought i wasnt ovulating but i did in the end and i have been alot more relaxed this cycle x x

@Hayleylou89 that's really good, it definitely helps when you're relaxed. I'm having a bit of a weird time since stopping the pill so can't put my finger where I'm at or what's happening. I definitely ovulated Monday according to the sticks though it faded in and out nicely too x

I started posting in one of these threads a few weeks ago but don't remember which one! Well, I just got my period today and feeling a bit deflated. I'd been symptom spotting like mad for the last week and felt really sure it would be positive this month.

I got pregnant for the first time in December and had a MC in Jan at almost 7w, then got pregnant again in April but lost it at 5.5w. I talked to my GP and she wants me to let her know as soon as I get pregnant again. She's also referred me for an ultrasound which is on Tuesday to check for fibroids etc, which is really good of her as she doesn't have to refer me on for anything until 3 MC in a row. I don't think anything will show up on it but she thought it was worth checking as I said I used to have really bad periods when younger, although they improved after years on the pill.

Anyway, I've read through this thread and could do with some friends in a similar situation, so I'll hang around if that's ok :-)

Hi! I've about 4/5 more days till my period. We aren't actively trying with the virus going on but I'm not using contraception as I have bow much it messes with my hormones and the implant had me bleeding 24/7 been off it about 8 months now cycles have been between 24/28 so currently on day 23. Nothing much at this moment in time, I felt a bit sick today in the taxi home and a bit after and had headaches for the last day but I do suffer from migraines anyway. This may be TMI but had to take a thrush tablet today as It was becoming painful to wee and still needed the toilet after coming off so idk what's going on as I haven't had this since j first had sex for the very first time.

Ladies, hope you're all okay 😊 those of you that were trying the grapefruit juice this month, did you see any changes in cm?

Just bought myself a bottle and thought I'd give it a go, even though I'm in my fertile week now. I figured I may as well try some and prep my body for next month in case I don't get a bfp this month.

How many flashing smiley days have you had so far?

@Mommybear05 this happens to me.
I have always had 3 days bleeding one day off and the. Bleeding again for another day. Since MMC in feb I now have 3-5 days of spotting before AF and then after completely stopping last cycle I had another week of bleeding. I had a swab to check for an infection but came back clear so guessing it's just everything settling back down again. I've also notice my AF is loads heavier, I've always had a heavy flow but I'm going through tampons every 1-2 hours and it makes me feel drained I'm on CD4 usually by this time my flow is Luke be very light but it's still really heavy. I never realised how much a MC can mess with you even after the event. Hope everything slows for you and gets back to some kind of normal x
