I am on Cycle 2 TTC and on CD15 following SMEP plan this month, tracking BBT and using OPKs xx

Yes :) my first cycle taking calc flour, grapefruit, b6 and temping. I sound prettt desperate 😂😂

@2020wish ha ha not desperate at all you need to do what you need to do. What does vitamin b6 do for you? Xx

Hormonal balance. Apparently helps increase ur progesterone levels. I took it as I lost last two pregnancies and have no idea why cause no one has seen me so just thought every little helps

@2020wish ah ok no harm in taking them. I was always told I didn't have any hormonal balance issues but I sometimes wonder if I do. Xx

@HE88 I’ve never been checked. And my last full term pregnancy was 10 years ago so I’m guessing a lot can happen in ten years so every little helps I suppose.

God I’m feeling so nervous.. knowing something could go wrong at any minute. Rang epu to make them aware so thankfully they will scan me at 6 or 7 weeks depending on when I want and see me if I’m worried about pain or bleeding. My doctor has also just signed me off for 8 weeks shielding. So going to rest rest rest this pregnancy and take up a hobbie and just try and help this little bean stick. Feel lonely tho as I’m

@2020wish I only got tested because I had been trying for a year and went to the doctor that was in December 2018. Then I attended a fertility clinic and got checked again that was back last April. But like you say a lot can happen with our bodies.

@HE88 its easier to ask what i didnt do this cycle i really went all out this month 😂 but i used the fert lily, my hubby had hcg injections And i had calc fluor tabs aswell as my usual things like seven seas, drank grapefruit juice, omega 3, cb connected and cheap opks got the ava braclet and it arrived the day before my BFP 🤦🏽‍♀️ so might use it for pregnancy and see how i get on x x went a bit ott but it all seems worth it now 🙏💖🌈

@Hayleylou89 where did you get your calc fluor from? I think it’s a sign it is meant to be for sure - I’m so happy for you!! xx

Ladies I need a handhold - having terrible back ache and pelvic pain this evening and it’s not going. This is exactly how my miscarriage last month started. I am petrified and I just feel so sad this could all be over again so soon. I’m approx 4+2.

@Diorissimo1985 oh no :( it could be just cramps? Have you taken paracetamol? Lay down and rest

I’m going to bed now to rest. Just did the last of my internet cheapie tests and it was a bfn, not even a faint line.
I got such a strong bfp on the FRER this morning, I am feeling so foolish.

Where U getting positives on the cheapies before? I haven’t got a positive on them at all even tho I’m got digital positives. I would trust the frer more
