TTC after 8yrs of IUD

I've just had my Mirena coil out to TTC for the first time. After 8 years of IUDs, I only have a rough idea of when my period is (IUD stopped it) so guessing ovulation is impossible! Does anyone know how long it takes for cycles to go back to 'normal'?

I had a withdrawal bleed 3 days after removal then a period as normal after that, I was then pregnant the following cycle, however ended in miscarriage, take supplements to build back up uterine lining again as I think that was my problem, I take seven seas trying for a baby, Apparently vitamin C is important too so maybe take a berroca daily too! X

@AnxiousAnnie86 thank you for the advice. I've had a light withdrawal bleed so hopefully I go back to normal next month.
