8 days before period - (8dpo) symptoms

Hiya - posted yesterday but was hoping for maybe a bit more of a response so....

Hey guys

My partner and I had unprotected sex last Saturday (2nd May) so yesterday I had cramping (not like period pain) sort of twitching and a dull ache! Also feel shattered and urinating frequently! Is 7 days after sex (was my ovulation date last Saturday 2nd May)

Today I feel exhausted, I’ve forced myself to eat but I feel sick not like I’m going to be sick, but nauseous! Also my areoles seem to have got bigger in size? Would it be too soon?

Some times you can implant as early as 6 days so it's not impossible. Have you got a test to take? Good luck 🤞

Could you not just wait till your period is late?

I definitely had symptoms around a week after ovulating.

@Stopmenow123 I could bet when you're praying, hoping and excited it's quite hard to wait and not symptom spot to be honest ...

@Pol96 I definitely feel different very very emotional ! I don't have a test would it not be too soon to test?

Stupid comment. For women who are desperate for a baby it’s not that simple, I wish it was.

It might be too early but I've seen some people get feint positives early, how long would it be till af?

Think I've had every symptom so far except the cm. I've been cramping since ovulation and noticed my areoles have darkened but may just be in my head 😫 9dpo

@Superstar41 personally I've not had my bfp yet.. (7dpo but not feeling lucky) but I know many ladies on MN use frers (first response early results) as they can detect early. Good luck! X

@Superstar41 I've literally had nothing at all really dry which is unusual! I've been checking my CP which is high closed and I think soft feels like lips rather than tip of nose.
@Pol96 it's so annoying when you experience everything your meant to and then boom there it is....AF

@kim160790 have you seen this table ? My cervix is medium, very soft and partially open! not sure what this means but according to this table could be either AF coming or early pregnancy

@Superstar41 mine is high/medium can just about touch it but more closed than usual as it doesn't fully close back after having children. Fingers crossed it's early pregnancy and not AF! 🤞

I didn't expect it especially taking it this afternoon! So happy but worried as I've had cramping since ovulation and hasn't stopped. Not sure if that's a good sign or not as I didn't have this with my boys x

I'm so happy for you @kim160790 ! I'm constantly having cramping :( still a week til AF ! Maybe it's a girl?? :) xx

@Superstar41 would be amazing but will probably have another DS which I don't mind as long as everything goes ok. Fingers crossed you get your BFP cramping this month was definitely weird for me and no CM. Let us know how you get on! 🤞😁
