I only took my first one today I'm going to alternate between these and just folic acid but I did a post about it the other day I'll try and tag you in it so you can see the responses

Plain folic acid is cheaper but I like them. In general I prefer seven seas vitamins over pregnacare ones. I've found (in 2 pregnancies) that pregnacare vitamins make my nausea worse and seven seas vitamins don't.

I was taking them when I became pregnant this time. I'd completely by chance watched an old diy sos where the importance of folic acid in very early pregnancy and even before pregnancy was mentioned. I knew pregnancy was possible and I had some trying for a baby vitamins in the cupboard so I started taking them probably around when I conceived!
