TW possible MC anyone spotting advice

Hello ladies I'm about 5 weeks and a few days pregnant been getting positive lines on all my tests this morning I done one and it was lightish I've had brown spotting the last few days very light but this evening when I wiped I had red blood I put a pad on and some red blood is on my pad and when I wipe i have no cramps I called the early assessment unit up and they told me to keep a eye on it tonight and call them tomorrow morning I'm so sad tonight and hubby is this a early mc 🙁

I don't want to put you down but I also don't want to get your hopes up, I miscarried around 6 weeks at the end of March. Mine started off with brown spotting for at least a week, I had no cramps or anything, just felt like my symptoms were weakening, I went for an early scan and everything seemed to be ok, the next day I had full flow of red blood and clots.
Me and OH we're and still are heartbroken because I really do feel like we've lost our baby even though to a lot of people I was 'only 6 weeks'.

It can be very common to spot brown/pink or even red blood as long as there's no pain, but one thing I will say is to try your hardest not to worry about it too much, for the week prior to my MC I was so stressed and really made myself ill from worrying so much. See how you get on throughout the night, call your docs again tomorrow and tell them you are worried and want to be seen to make sure everything's ok.
