Hi I just wondered if anyone has any positive/negatives about taking the seven seas trying for a baby vitamins. I tried to search reviews on google but it wasn't much help.

Thanks for your help and good luck 🌈

I took them with my first pregnancy and conceived straight away. Took them again this time and within about 6 weeks had incredibly heavy periods (very very unusual for me). I stopped them and got pregnant after about 6 weeks.

@october18 thank you for sharing. Congratulations on both your pregnancies

I tried them back in 2016 got pregnant straight away so tried them again at the beginning of this year and they shortened my luteal phase and gave me extremely heavy periods so I stopped them and 8 weeks later I'm now pregnant, I just used opks and a daily folic acid and vitamin D supplement. SS have vitamin b6 in them which is great for people with short luteal phases but if your LP is a normal length and you ovulate each month then I wouldn't waste your money just stick to regular sex and folic acid. Good luck x

@Maidmummy thank you I'm currently taking folic acid so maybe I'll just stick with that for now
