Has anyone had an issue with vitex or B50 vits delaying their cycle?

I've been taking vitex for over 2 months now. Originally a tincture but I swapped to H&B tablets. First month no problem. I've also been taking H&B b50s this month.

I originally started this because I bleed in my LP. Sometimes a lot. Last month was little different. I've tried various things with little effect over time. The pattern is always like clockwork.

This month- what the hell is going on? I'm currently on day 35 (usually have 26 or 27 day cycle). I struggled to know if I ovulated and if I did, this did happen about a week later than normal. So i should still have had my period by now. My boobs have been painful since last Monday. Worse than normal. I also started bleeding then (ties in with my usual LP issues) and that's about stopped now. But still no AF? I don't think I'm pregnant. So I can only assume its what I've been taking. I've stopped taking them.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi @paintfairy i know it’s an old one but I was wondering if your cycle sorted itself out after vitex ? I took a high dose for a week and am now later to ovulate - so worrying !

@Carlotta27 I never found anything that helped really. Not enough anyway! 😂
Ended up with IVF I'm afraid.

with the vitex - did you get your period back and ovulate in the end? Maybe later than usual? I’m late to ovulate so very worried about when it might happen again ! X

@Carlotta27 yes I just had a long cycle that month. I had a few long ones (not many) throughout trying so whether it was coincidence or the vitex I don't know. But I did go back to my short cycles and my spotting. 🙄

I was also taking the HB vitex tablets, but worried I exceeded the dose! How many were you on a day? Just really want them out of my systen now and I’m scarred having read stories of women online with 100 day + cycles eek
