Thanks @user43210 :) I know the feeling, last month I was testing way too much, but this month I just feel worse for not having any hope!

@MrsLBear it started a little bit yesterday (I was praying it was just a little implantation bleeding) so four days early, which is a bloody bitch bastard :( I start back working tomorrow and I guess I was just hoping that I'd be pregnant before I did... obvs not! But given the way lockdown seems to be going (and I'm isolating for 12 weeks for other reasons), I won't actually be in the office until July ... so there's still 2 more opportunities before I go back! I'd just love to not have to work through the morning sickness, it was absolutely hell last time - everyone guessed at 6 weeks because I was so grey and exhausted (and constantly late every morning because I couldn't get my head out of the toilet!)... oh my word, it was torture but what I wouldn't give to have that back now :(

xx

User43210 · 30/04/2020 12:07

@emiliet123 I think it's just ridiculous, you feel helpless and the only way to do something is to test, even though it's too early, in the hope there's that faint line, but the BFN is always a hit. I think it doesn't help that we had only "tried" for two months (just lack of birth control - nothing else changed) when we got pregnant last time and with all the hospitalisation etc from the MMC and taking forever for my hCG to drop, I was just hoping for a quick positive this time, no matter how unrealistic.

Maybe in a few months, who knows!

emiliet123 · 30/04/2020 14:08

So helpless, I couldn't agree more. And then once you have that positive test... you still can't do anything, as it's weeeeks until your booking in appointment! But the comfort in knowing makes all the difference to your mental health.

I can understand, when you've lost a baby all you want is to fill that huge hole it leaves with another to love as soon as possible 💕Let's stay positive, every month brings a new opportunity xx

User43210 · 30/04/2020 15:11

@emiliet123 I like your positivity! That's the exact same as me, last time we had a scan and heartbeat at 6weeks which I think made it a little easier when we had the bad news because we knew they were there.

Me and hubby are trying to look to the positive side, it'll be a chance to check if I may have Ashermans as last AF was very short or if I'm back to normal. I also have a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge ready for that day 1 Grin xx

emvy · 30/04/2020 19:14

@emiliet123, sorry you’ve got af, and so early! I really hope next cycle is the one for you.

@User43210, I completely understand what you mean. I was so worried about surgery for a mmc that I wouldn’t have a normal cycle but I conceived twice more in quick succession. I’m sure all will be fine, that is the most likely outcome!

User43210 · 30/04/2020 19:20

@emvy thank you, that gives me hope. They had to do a second surgery and then AF took ages (thought it wasn't coming) and was shorter than my usual 7 days. I just struggle to think positive.

Fairydust93 · 30/04/2020 19:35

Hello ladies, may I join please?

Every group I keep joining everyone ignores me!

I'm testing on Monday when my hpt arrive, today I've woke up with really sore nipples and pains in my breast, pinching/cramps and lotion CM

Lily2020 · 30/04/2020 20:08

Hi @Fairydust93 welcome 😊 ooh how exciting! How many dpo are you? I'm testing from Sunday onwards 🤞🏽 keep us posted!

BelleDell · 30/04/2020 20:30

Hi @Fairydust93. Monday so soon - yes as asked, what DPO are you? These symptoms sounds encouraging. Look forward to following your journey with you :) xx

Fairydust93 · 30/04/2020 22:05

@Lily2020 I believe I'm 10dpo af is due Monday the day I get my tests 😂 ooo I'm so excited for you :-)

MrsLBear · 01/05/2020 06:24

Welcome @Fairydust93
I'm a day behind you. I'm 10dpo and due on Tuesday.
Your symptoms sounds very similar to mine though i just keep telling myself to ignore everything cos I've had it all before af. My body has every pre af symptom under the sun and is different every cycle.
Do you temp?

Fairydust93 · 01/05/2020 06:56

@MrsLBear no I don't temp, af only last 3 days for me and I never get af symptoms, I'm going out my mind this morning wanting to test I know it's early but I never get sore nipples and thats how I knew I was pregnant with my son... The mind and body can play some horrible games though I think x

babybumpfor2020 · 01/05/2020 07:22

Af due tomorrow, bad period pain 2 bfn last night/today. Temp and heart rate dropped. I'm out, hate this feeling.

Good luck everyone!

@Fairydust93 all sounds like good signs for you!! Fx 🤞🏼

This tww is killing me I just wish I could switch off like it's not healthy the amount I think about it.

Sorry to hear that @babybumpfor2020. Can I ask - does your heart rate always reflect what you bbt says too? I have considered getting a Fitbit as temping is wreaking havoc for my sleep. I wake up so early cos I'm so conscious about doing it. I have considered not temping in ttw but don't want to regret not doing it.

Lily2020 · 01/05/2020 08:01

@babybumpfor2020 you're not out until AF arrives! Your chart looks good, do you have fertility friend? You can backdate your temps & then compare against other charts. It's really interesting to see other people's charts & how different they can be. Fingers crossed for you 🤞🏽

Fairydust93 · 01/05/2020 08:03

@MrsLBear yesterday I was adamant I was going to wait and test on Monday but it's all eating away at me I'm debating going to get a test or wait it out .. thank you :-) ... Yeah I xouldnt agree more the tww eats away at your brain x

BelleDell · 01/05/2020 08:15

@Fairydust93 I hear you. I decided this morning (9DPO) that it would be okay to test even though I was adamant I wouldn't. Have those paper tests, set it all up and waiting a minute - changes my mind and destroyed it. Couldn't take the nerves. I know how you're all feeling it's a horribly long time xx

babyG123 · 01/05/2020 08:26

@Fairydust93 @BelleDell

I've decided not to test early. Im on a few threads and seeing ladies really disappointed.... one then was actually pregnant or been a false positive etc. Not worth the heartache! We got this!

Cloudmtb · 01/05/2020 08:33

I’m 8DPO and cycle day 23. I had a really short cycle last time (started spotting on day 22) and already starting to feel crampy so a bit worried I’m out this month. I’ve had 11 day LP’s since tracking ovulation but also a 9/10 so I’m not sure what’s going on.
Had a interntal scan recently for other reasons and all seemed fine but haven’t had my follow up Gynae appointment due to all this.
Fingers crossed these cramps go nowhere or at least AF holds of until Monday!

Helena79 · 01/05/2020 22:03

I’m 8DPO and being daft did another test. No surprise it was negative. I’m telling myself it’s fine though, as our 2 DC are wonderful and little one finally sleeping through, so a BFN isn’t the end of the world. Will probably test again tomorrow. It’s a pack of 15 internet cheapies, so that’s a lot of tests to get through before AF is due on Wednesday 😆

Lily2020 · 02/05/2020 08:51

9dpo & bfn for me too ☹️ wish I was more patient!!

OP posts:
babyG123 · 02/05/2020 09:41

8dpo and refusing to test! Think I'd make myself feel super shitty by testing. 🤞🏼

Cloudmtb · 02/05/2020 11:39

Wait 2 more days @Lily2020 . Over 80% of women don’t implant until day 9. I’ve read that most early bfp are from people who have miscalculated their ovulation and actually ovulated early - or they are one in less than 10% who implant early.

Saying that I had to wee quick this morning before I tested. 😂

I’ve made it to cycle day 24 - 9DPO with no sign of AF and cramps have eased up for now. It’s going to be a long 2 days until Monday morning for me!

BelleDell · 02/05/2020 13:50

I gave in and tested this morning, BFN. Today is 10DPO. Going to just test with the cheap sticks each morning until AF comes - as something proactive to do on the journey. At least I'll know what to do if I one day see a line :). Best wishes all / if my BFN changes I'll say xx

PlanBea · 02/05/2020 20:29

Hi all, according to my Daysy I'm 10dpo today. I still don't think I'm getting my BFP this time looking at my chart but keeping my fingers crossed for you all. Hopefully some BFPs will be rolling in to the group in the next few days!
The day shown is the day I've apparently ovulated. There is a bit more of an upwards phase than last month (due to coronavirus stress my line was as flat as a pancake).
