Help? Light bleed on day 16 of cycle...

Hi I am now on day 24 out of 28 of my cycle.

I had a bleed which I thought was my period on day 16 that lasted 3 days the last 2 days of that was VERY light.

I am due AF on Thursday and yesterday I woke up exhausted and felt abit sicky in the afternoon and the same again today.

I’ve not had any other symptoms I would love to be pregnant again I just don’t want to do an early test an get a BFN but I hate waiting it out haha.

I came off microgynon in December and had a period every 2 weeks hence why I thought day 16 was my period as they normally last a week or just under I was quite shocked it only lasted 3 days.

Anyone else experienced this and got a BFP?

Hi, I'm going through a similar situation.
I started bleeding CD17 very light for 4days. Normally very regular cycles. First time of spotted in the middle of a cycle. I did a FRER on Friday morning with BFN. AF due on tues/wed.
Think I'm going to wait till Tuesday to test again.
So confused as to what threat bleed was... implantation or early AF

I’ve just ordered some FRER, so going to test Tuesday morning fingers crossed we get BFP

Also had some pink watery blood when I wiped so I put a pad on an got 2 dots of brown blood and had moving since this morning, so confusing

Had nothing since this morning **

I know...
It's horrible not knowing what going on. Id rather know either way now. My FRER arrived today, scared to test now.. think I'd rather AF show than see a BFN

Could you have ovulated early and it be implantion bleeding? Hope you get you bfp x

Mine definitely can't have been an implantation bleed otherwise would have shown on test by now

I’ve had the same thing happen again this morning, but it was a bit red so I thought maybe it was just my period so didn’t do a test but again it’s disappeared and now it’s just really watery and has a tinge of pinky / orange and brown in - I’m going to try and be strong and hold out until Thursday it’s so disheartening getting a BFN :(

I got impatient and tested but BFN :( is my like fifth wee of the day so gonna see how I go my boobs are killing me!

I've just read your post after noticing last night I had some brown spotting and thought oh no af coming early. (Which never happened before)
Expected her to be in full flow this morning but nothing? Only a couple more spots of brown over the last 4 hours. It's weird as if I do ever spot it's only just before af comes. She's due Friday/Saturday I'm 11dpo. Keep me updated on how you both get on! X

Yes I had a bleed mid cycle (very light) then went on to get my bfp later that month! Fingers crossed for you ladies!

@justttc97 perhaps alittle early? Perhaps give it a day or two and then retest!

Hey @Justttc97 I know! Don't count yourself out yet, you have less days to wait than me! Do you think you will test again? Obviously I've gone crazy and read every thread about this and lots of women get af cramps along with spotting and then get bfp. Xxx

I'm the exact same right now.

CD18 and yesterday had quite a lot of brown blood when I wiped. Today much lighter. Few days previous I had brown clots.

No pink/red blood at all.

Was reading about ovulation bleeding - apparently only 3% of women get this so it doesn't seem really likely but I suppose possible.

Also have really really bad pain on left side and had a positive OPK yesterday. Same side I've ovulated on last 3 months.

Still hurting now though which makes me think it could be cysts bursting or something.

What wonderful stuff is women have to go through!

It was a bit more than that it has been this morning but more brown than pink now, seems to just be there in the morning and hardly there at all through the day

I’m due AF tomorrow so if it’s still the same I’ll retest the day after!

have you had any other symptoms at all? My boobs were burning all day yesterday felt really heavy but by night time they was fine and they feel ok now probably my mind playing tricks

@ApplePie86 Hi! Have you had a cyst before? With the whole pandemic going on not even like you can get in the doctors to check it out either - but I was the same on CD 18! I had some blood n though ugh AF is here but then she was gone the next day or so weird

@Justttc97 As far as I'm aware I've not had cysts before.

Actually the pain is still here - like a very severe stitch. Not quite requiring pain relief although others may have taken something in these circumstances. I have had ovulation pain last 2/3 months though.

It may be something I'm taking though - myoinositol to maintain a cycle (was up to 6 months before) but also cassava root extract which is meant to encourage hyperovulation. Think I may stop those ones as that could be the cause.

AF Still hasn't arrived for me... so I did a IC this afternoon it sure if I have the classic line eyes but think I see something really faint
What do you guys think?
