10dpo bfp and cramps

Anyone had anything similar?
Got a faint positive this morning at 10dpo.
I feel like I'm on my AF, I used to get period cramps before DS, so know what they feel like but it's not usual for me anymore to have cramps pre period.

They are lower tummy, almost right above public bone, a mix between crampy and dull achey.
I realise I'm very early on, I just can't remember this with DS pregnancy.

Congratulations! I got my BFP at 11DPO and was convinced for a few days beforehand that my period was starting as I was very crampy. I'm now 6+2 and still getting cramps on and off and I've been told it's pretty normal.

Keep going to the toilet expecting AF to have started.
