When would you test or would you just wait till AF is late?

So was self inseminating due to vaginismus since January but only ever during fertile week.

I overcame my vaginismus this month (technically ttc cycle 4) and started doing the deed on cycle day 9 and then cycle day 13 and Every day since (one benefit of us both being off due to lockdown).

Now on cycle day 28 and af is due on cycle day 33 but since I’ve started ttc even tho i didnt start taking folic acid until this month, my periods are all over the place and my last period came on day 40! But this time i feel like my boobs are bigger and sorer. And I don’t know if I should wait till cycle day 40 or what.

Hate ttc 😂 its stressful and apparently I’m 9dpo but because my periods are all over the place I’m not entirely sure and so did the deed everyday just to be on the safe side plus we’re pretty happy we can actually have penetrative sex for the first time.

The first few months I tested and it absolutely crushed me. After that I waited. I found my period arriving much less painful than seeing a negative test. When I got my BFP I was 2 days late and it was so strong there was no doubt. Good luck!
