Line eye thread!

I'm 36 weeks pregnant with my second. I absolutely love looking for lines with tests and getting excited with new mummy's you be! There's so many threads titled line eyes, just thought I would start one where anyone can join in if need be :) I'm no expert but we're all on a similar journey here ❤️

Well I’d say especially if you sometimes have up to 40day cycles @lostfrequencies, FRER are really sensitive, so you may only be 9-11DPO, in which it wouldn’t be unusual for your lines to be faint... I would try and refrain from testing for a good few days, maybe even until you are sure AF is missed / if AF doesn’t turn up.

The period between O and your period usually remains the same, give or take a day or two. For example, mine LP phase is 14 days, but if I ovulated later that month, my period would be later than I expected.

@lostfrequencies I am yes 😊. 4+5 I think. I’m trying not to look and monitor too closely following a recent loss. Still early days, but I stopped POAS when I saw ‘pregnant’ on a clear blue digi on the day of my missed period!

I took a Tesco blue dye HPT and seen this after about 10 mins I'm assuming an evap? Never used blue dye so confused! AF is 2 weeks late and going to keep an eye on everything.

@Milkshake54 that's lovely news. And I'm impressed with your self constraint! Definitely the best thing to do.

@mrsgtobe97 have you taken any other tests during the 2 weeks? The line isn't even so I'm inclined to think it's an evap or the dye has run sorry. Are you able to get an FRER?

@lostfrequencies I've taken countless IC and gotten faint BFP's taken frer also bfn. Got more tests coming and my period is now 2 weeks late, very confused! I've attached my faint IC

@mrsgtobe97 have they got any darker over the 2 weeks? If not I'm afraid I'd say it's either a faulty batch of ICs (which you can test by dipping in your partner's urine) or a chemical unfortunately 😔 if your HCG is increasing as it should you'd expect a line on a FRER by now 💕

@mrsgtobe97 oh sorry are you the person who said they've been getting faint positives for 2 weeks? If not and you just got your first positive today then ignore what I said!

Think il 2days late for AF, but had a weird mid cycle bleed... not sure if it was just an early light period or something else

Hi Guys,

First time posting, TTC baby number 2. I had a miscarriage in February at 10 weeks. I’m 2 days late and have tested. Can anyone see anything? The first test was 14 dpo and the 2nd one is 16dpo. I would have thought the line would be much darker or are both evaps??

@cargghkkk oh no 😢 I was doing some research yesterday on the best test and although frer are, I read that they've changed their sensitivity. When's af due? X

@mumoftwobeauts not until tomorrow I think, though I haven't been too regular the last few months. Will just take it as a negative but test next week to check. Thank you for looking x

@mumoftwobeauts - I hope it’s a sticky, I’m going to test again tomorrow to see if the line gets darker

I’m on cycle day 22, 8dpo. Another BFN this morning and now pink when I wiped... I guess I’ll know tomorrow one way or another

@Pogmella 8dpo is very early. I didn't get my positives until 13dpo with both other pregnancies xx

Thanks @mumoftwobeauts. My cycles are all over the place so it’s hard to know what’s going on- I have had 21 day cycles before but also 30...

@babyand have you done any more tests? BFN on an FRER this morning after having squinters 3 days in a row.

Took some more tests (lol) and I swear I can see lines, although the FRER is still negative? The cassette one is 25miu and the stick one is 10miu
