Missed two periods, but not pregnant

I’ve only been TTC since December, but I have now missed my last two periods (usually fall on 3rd of the month), but no positive test results. Does anybody know what could be going on? It’s driving me mad as I cannot get into docs to get hormone levels checked as I’ve not been TTC for over a year, but don’t understand why I’ve missed two periods. Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks

Sorry to hear. The same thing happened to my sister. She had some tests and it turns out she had polycystic ovaries, treated with tablets to regulate her periods and now she's pregnant (happened v quickly once she took the tablets to make her ovulate). It might not be the same for you but it may be worth looking into just in case. Good luck x
