@Ltay2 - ahh the elusive sleep. I'm trying to get more of it, but there just aren't enough hours in the day sometimes! My BBT hasn't been reliable lately either and I'm wondering whether it's due to broken sleep too. Fingers crossed for you! 🤞 I'm CD 9 so not far into my cycle yet. Only had a 2 day AF which was weird so we've been BD every other day.
@juno231 - I bought a fertility lube too! Not pre-seed, but something similar (read: cheaper 😂). So glad you're feeling happy and relaxed this cycle! Seed cycling is where you eat certain blitzed seeds at different points of your cycle to support either oestrogen or progesterone production. Who knows if it works, but it can't hurt! OD is due somewhere around 6th May.
@Adrianoska - fingers crossed for your bfp my lovely 💕 keep positive! And keep your feet warm! An old wives tale is it helps warm your ute 😂 I've got SO many 2WW hacks this time around as I went absolutely nuts last cycle and probably hampered my chances haha.
@RobinRose - seed cycling is where you eat oestrogen supportive seeds during your follicular phase (flax and pumpkin, freshly ground or blitzed) and progesterone supportive seeds during your luteal phase (sunflower and sesame). And 2 Brazil nuts a day for you and your OH all cycle round (good job too - they're delicious!!)

@Runnergirl1 - I'm with you on the anxiety front! I used to be a very low weight and worry I've damaged myself 😢 bmi 20 now though so hoping it's all good. Make sure you're eating enough fat! (unsaturated) Babies need that and protein to grow 😊
