TTC 3 years 27 day cycle LH surge day 16

Just wondering if anyone could help me with my cycle. Third cycle using OPKS and identified I don't ovulate until late. Positive opk day 16 for past three cycles of around 25-27 days. Trying for number one for 3 years and I've had two miscarriages. Wonder if I have a short luteal phase? How would this be identified but the doctors as All bloods ok. Am waiting for an HSG but on hold in current climate.

Hello, it seems you may have a short luteal phase which might make it difficult for a successful pregnancy. I think you would need to chart your temp for a few months and show your doctor the evidence of when you ovulate. I think there are vitamins you can take to try and lengthen a luteal phase too.
I am a 27 day cycle and have a 14 day luteal phase.
