Hi all,
Sadly had a mmc which needed to be surgically managed, procedure was done last week. I was feeling some ov type symptoms yesterday so did a pg test and an ov year today and both were strong positives.
I assume that the pg test is because hormones are long lasting in the blood. But as far as I understand LH doesn’t remain high so does that mean I’m truly ovulating? I’m a little surprised as it’s only been a week since I started properly bleeding (I only bled a small amount after 2 attempts at medical management) but perhaps my cycle started again after the 1st attempt at medical management which would put me at Cd14.
Firstly, am I getting ahead of myself or am I wrong scientifically about LH remaining this high? Secondly, I know I should wait with CV19 but after a loss I cannot describe the biological need to try again, it’s really all consuming. But has anyone else tried again on the first cycle after a loss? I know it can make dating difficult but have heard of no other risks, some sources even suggest tour body is ‘primed to conceive’ following miscarriage. Pic attached of pg test at the top and the 2 ovulation test, the one at the bottom is a digital one.
