Early pregnancy and night shifts

Pregnant women of Mumsnet who work a nightshift, how the hell do you cope? I am currently 6 weeks pregnant with my second and working 40 hours a week (also a key worker so no furlough here) on nights in a forensic rehab. I'm generally tired anyway because I don't sleep that well in the day currently because both DH and DS are home, but now pregnancy tiredness has kicked in, I'm generally terrified I'm going to fall asleep at the wheel on my way home. Oh and my raging coffee habit has been kicked out the window because baby. Help?!

I never give up coffee or tea. I eased off it with the first pregnancy but by the next two no one was sleeping and it was survive or die. Also drinking very icy cold drinks helps.
