Cycle day 16 and light pink spotting?

Heya girlies
Im on cycle day 16 and when i wiped earlier i had light pink spotting?
Anybody else had this?
What on earth is it?

This is the second day of light pink spotting... its not consistant and comes and goes throughout the day?

So now I am CD19 of 23.
Not sure when and if i ovulated as only remembered to test on CD16.
I still have the smallest amount of pink only when i wipe (sorry tmi)
I have aches in my back and thighs and today i feel like somebody has blown up a ballon in my stomach which feels like some wierd pressure.
Anybody had this experience?
Im googling which is THE worst idea... apparently im either, ovulating, implanting got a sti or have pcos.
