My period is two days late, but I think I ovulated on time, day 20 (link to chart). I've read that while your follicular phase length can vary due to stress or other things going on, your luteal phase tends to be the same length.
If you track your ovulation and have previously had a late period, did you have a late ovulation, or a longer luteal phase?
