Cramps in left side ovary area?

I found out that I am pregnant yesterday (3w,5d) at 10dpo and got a 1-2 pregnant on a CBD this morning at 11dpo. I'm not quite due on my period yet but I'm cramping in my lower left hand side ovary area. Did anyone have this and everything be okay?

I had quite a few pains/cramps during pregnancy and it was due to everything stretching x
