Can you see a line on my test?

feeling a bit of a fraud on here so I really do apologise. I took the morning pill this month after a mishap with the condom.
But with my previous pregnancies I have had a terrible thirst which I have had the last few days, so decided to test just to see.
This is what it came up with, but it wasn’t an expensive test. From savers.
Do evap lines come up within a couple minutes?

To be honest i don’t track anything. Not even my periods because they are usually all over the place. Always have been.
It’s been 12 days since the actual sex if that helps.
And the pharmacist said that the MOrning after pill is 99% so I thought it would be highly unlikely.

The morning after pill stops ovulation, if you've already ovulated it's too late.
