TTC - usually long cycle but confused this month!

This is my first post on here but been TTC (although on and off) for approx 3 years. Usually have long cycles (30+ days) with a lot of spotting mid cycle. This month is the first month for a while we have ‘seriously’ TTC and I started spotting approx 10 days after suspected ovulation. (I usually spot before and after ovulation so guessing the date etc). I also usually spot before my period but this month was a LOT earlier than usual. It developed after a day or two into what I assumed was a ‘period’ but I am usually very very heavy and in bed for at least 2 days with cramps.. this time I had nothing. It was a lot lighter than usual and I didn’t need as much as a paracetamol. This was 12 days ago and the ‘period’ bleed lasted around 4-5 days which is normal, but I have continued to spot ever since which has never happened before. (Enough some days to need a pad, others not.) I just wondered if anyone had any ideas what could be happening? At first I thought implantation bleed but it doesn’t seem to fit with that. I do usually have spotting but never for this long or after what seemed like a period, albeit a strange one! Any similar experiences or outcomes would be appreciated!
(I have had blood tests, fertility tests and hysterocopy in the past 18 months with no reason for the spotting found.) Thanks
