No period on cerazette

I've been taking cerazette for a couple of months although I missed a couple. I am well overdue a period but I've taken some pregnancy cheapie tests which are negative. Any ideas? I would love to be pregnant but I don't believe I'm that lucky. I've been trying for a while and only went on cerazette because I take medication for a mental illness. I have to take heavy medication for it.

As cerazette is a mini pill and you don't take a 7 day break like with the combined pill most people don't get any periods on it. I was on cerazette for about 10 years and never had a period once (except for when I took breaks from it to make sure everything was still working normally). It's unlikely therefore that you are pregnant but you aren't "overdue" a period - it just stops periods. Hope that helps :-)

I've just been switched onto cerazette a Fb you worried me then that I was going to have to deal with periods every month! Phew!
