Hi we are hoping TTC this month. Right at the beginning of my cycle. Taking my first folic acid tablet today. Do you hues have any tips. Let start our journeys together :) we have been trying on and off with no joy. This month we want to give it a real shot! Any help and experiences will be amazing. Is there anyone in the same boat? It's so heart breaking to see the lonely line so let support each other to the double line of happiness:) x

Hi everyone, would you say this was a positive ovulation test? I did one the Wednesday night and it was negative(no test line atall) I forgot on the Thursday due to a mega busy day in work then I had this test in the picture on Friday morning.

AF arrived last month. Now on ovulation window so fingers crossed. I hate the 2ww though!

All okay here... I’m on Day 2 post ovulation (how do you say that on mumsnet speak- 2DPO?) according to my tracker so same boat as you, at the start of the 2WW. Already fed up of it! 😂

Hi ladies sorry I haven't been around much I've had a lot of family stuff going on so literally haven't had time to even breath only dawned on me that I was like 4DPO or something in not even sure OPKS went out the window with everything going on so I'm just playing the waiting game and highly doubt this month is my month !

Morning everyone! In disbelief here but just got a BFP!! I’m only 12DPO so slightly nervous about the next week and things implanting properly but for now I’m just so excited! Can’t believe it.

@EightMilesHigh congratulations how lovely ! I'm 9DPO I think today and don't plan on testing until next week and only then if AF doesn't arrive . I've had back ache and been quite moody so AF should arrive next week !

I am around 9/10 DPO but also waiting to see if AF arrives. Started spotting yesterday which is normal for me before AF but there is always the faint hope of an implantation bleed.

Would you say this is a positive opk or am I just at my peak? I am on my second month TTC (trying to conceive) after being on the pill for 13+ years, and first month trying to track my ovulation! I am on day CD18 but very tired (I work in hospital and just spent my days off painting and pulling all the carpets up in my house!) anyway we are hoping to DTD (doing the deed) tonight when I finish work. We last had sex on CD (cycle day) 16th. Would I miss it for this month really if we don’t, should we do it today and tomorrow really?

Hi @Ary123 - that looks like a positive to me so I would maybe do tonight and tomorrow night. Totally get feeling too tired for it though!!

I caved and tested today , and got a faint line on FRER not using FMU .

Not getting too excited AF is due tomorrow and I've had faint lines before so I'm not certain .

Month 24 here, thought it was about time I joined a board, although I might need to leave swiftly if all you girls start being successful after month 1 lol!

Hey girl's. If anyone can help me would be muchly appreciated im going mad!! So ive been ttc for over a year now i use clearblue digital sticks every month! 5 days before my period i did a pregnancy test a faint faint blue line come up done another and the same thing i researched and people said these particular brand are known for evap lines. Anyway 2 days later i done another test different brand a pink dye and came up again with a line FAINT i mean i had to shine a light on it and my partner see aswel. I then done a test the next day and BFN!!! Leading up to this i had sore boobs which i normally do get. Anyway i started spotting brown on my expectedly af day! So thought ok must have been bad tests or chemical i dont know! Boobs stopped hurting. I use tampons one tampon was covered (which i know implantation bleeding shouldnt cover a tampon) but i have read forums where people have had heavy implanation. I only got this for 2 days probs a day and half. I have NEVER in my life had a short period of 2 days EVER its allways 4/5 days starts light gets heavy then light. Could someone please shed some light could i possibly be pregnant or do people think its just a weird short period ? Last night i had a stitch like pain in my ribb that lasted for ssy 15 mins on and off. Im testing tomorrow once the frer arrives by post but im constantly google searching. Just wanted to see another girls thoughts please help xxx

I’ve never been pregnant but I will say that though I’ve had false positives on blue tests which have clearly been evap lines because I’ve waited too long or I’ve subsequently got period, I’ve never had any false positiveA on the pink tests. Always been clearly negative.

Hey @BoPeepNoSheep thanks for your reply it was a long old message i put up haha!! Yes i thought evap line then i see the faint pink and thought hmm but then a negative then "period" another weird things happend so as i said i only had a 2 day period which never happens completely dry as anything just went bathroom and now im spotting pinky. This has never happened so annoying ttc! Cannot think why maybe period hasnt finished but 1 whole day and night of nothing now tonight randomly just cant put.my finger on it. X

I too felt weird this month - not too many cramps, extreme emotional reactions, some nausea, period late got an extremely faint line on a test could have been evap line (They were Sainsbury’s after all) then my period came two days late, it was pretty heavy so def a period and all the entiomal tension evaporated immediately. So hard when you keep hoping. I’ve been trying for two years exactly right now and I’ve decided to give up. I mean not going back to using protection but I give up trying and timing and hoping. From now on sex is only for fun, anything else is a bonus.
