I stopped taking the combined pill (microgynon) on 2nd Feb but prior to this had been a bit crap at taking it so probably last time I took it properly was probably mid Jan. Anyway, last week I felt what I was sure was period pain... I was so convinced I told my husband I'd come on without even checking but when I did there was nothing. Next day I had the same but nothing. Then the cramps went away and nothing has happened. Does anyone know what this could be? Or how long it takes for your period to come back after stopping the pill?
