I conceived first month with ds and I was 34 I'm now nearly 37 and am having no luck. Just wondered how everyone else did as I'm starting to worry my eggs may be fried!

dd 34, 3 cycles
ds 37 6 cycles, but I don't think we were shagging much, because we were shattered most ofthe time

Twiglett · 11/09/2007 20:12

DS 32 - 2 cycles
DD 36 - 2 years plus clomid

have to say the reason I had trouble conceiving 2nd time round was because, as consultant said 'when you're pregnant your hormones get thrown up in the air and when you ahve the baby they land any which way' .. mine landed so that I had a luteal phase defect (length of time between ovulating and period starting was less than 10 days) .. you should chart (date of period, date of ovulation, date of sex) for at least 3 months to see if you have similar issue

secondary infertility is quite common
