Out or just late BFP??? What are your experiences?

At the pinch point of TWW and feeling disheartened. AF due today and so far nothing - my boobs are still VERY sore which usually goes away by now, no cramping either that usually signals AF is here.

Here's the thing, tested yesterday with CB early detection, BFN but then turned to BFP when I looked about an hour later...possible evap? It was blue though (thought evaps were colourless?) so I tested this morning (not FMU though, about 10am after 3 hour hold) and got a BFN with FRER.
Does this mean I'm out? I don't know what to think really. Just want to know. Usually bang on 29 days with my cycle and today is CD29 and 13DPO.

Love to hear everyone else's experiences with late BFPs!

@ElizabethBennet3rd following as I'm on the same boat! Af due today still got very sore boobs and very veiny as well took a frer yesterday bfn and this morning bfn! It's CD 31 for me 14dpo and feeling very sick but believe af is due to make an appearance

Wow @NicoleR14 very similar. Keep me updated! I might take another test later this eve as I'm mad like that! I just feel something is different but can't confirm it, it's driving me bonkers!

@ElizabethBennet3rd I was thinking about getting another test but not sure I don't want anymore disappointment but I feel like there is something there but I think my mind is playing tricks on me! I hope you get your bfp and it's just a wee bit later!

My first and only pregnancy I was sure AF was coming, tested at CD 30 when like you my cycle is bang on 28 days and had a BFN on FRER. BFP CD32

I'm currently CD 25 so a couple of days from testing but I just wanted to following this thread and wish you all the best

I'm in the same boat OP. Tested before AF and one day after AF due, both BFN. I'm now 5 days late with back ache and massive (well that's how they feel) boobs! I'm trying to hold out till Friday to test again.

I can't remember when I tested with DC1 but I was way more relaxed about the whole process then!

@Lucindaa @Burgerandchipvan Thanks so much for replying. Nice to hear that it's not just me going through it. It's hard to find someone to talk to about all this. DH is great but there's so much men just don't quite see in the same way.

Today I am officially late for AF now and still no sign. I feel like I'm torn between not wanting it to come and just wanting it over with if it's going to happen anyway!

I've heard of late BFPs before but honestly thought that if I was PG then FRER would have something by now!

I’m three days late and my temp spiked today, Fertility Friend suggests testing Friday so maybe wait? I think the increase rate in hCG can vary quite a lot from woman to woman especially when taking into account when implantation actually was completed (usually it’s 3-4 days 🤯) so don’t count yourself out yet and wait maybe 4 days to test again?
