I have some zita west pre-pregnancy vitamins.
Just not sure why it’s pre-pregnancy and pre and pregnancy.
I imagine if they were dangerous they’d put a warning on them right?
I did keep using them sporadically throughout my 8 week pregnancy and unfortunately miscarried. I’m now in my 2ww and hoping to be pregnant again and just now took my vitamins and then second guessed it.
Is there anything in the ingredients that make this pre-pregnancy only.
I have checked the website and it doesn’t say but they do sell pregnancy vitamins too.

Yes. They are fine.

You're absolutely fine! Think of it this way - they are DESIGNED to be taken up to the point of a positive pregnancy test, when you've been pregnant for a couple of weeks already. They may not include some of the extra vitamins that a natal supplement would, but there certainly won't be anything that you can't take during pregnancy.
