Hello everyone.
I'm 39 and this is my first month of TTC ever. I know I've left it a bit late. Met the love of my life a couple of years ago and we're excited to start a family.
I had ovulation tingles - I could literally feel it happening! Plus a multitude of other symptoms. And sure enough, a day and a half later I had my first INCREDIBLY faint line on an internet cheapie stick - at 9 DPO. I did four tests and three had the line (in the right light). However, in the morning, (Now 10 DPO) I went to test again thinking it would have got darker - but it was lighter. Today at work I took a Clear Blue Early test and absolutely nada - negative. I have been going to the toilet every hour, so I did wonder if it was that - and so held my urine for about three hours and this time did the Internet Cheapie again - and this time the line was completely gone :(
With a heavy heart I have chalked this up to a very very early chemical pregnancy, only detectable at all because I've been a complete obsessive with testing early (which I won't do again).
However, my one thread of hope is when I did a First Response test along with the (negative) cheapie, it shows a line.
Logic tells me that unfortunately had I tested on a FR last night when I got the other positives, it would have been darker, and is now just catching the last HGC.
Has anyone had a good story to tell after fluctuating tests in very early pregnancy? Or is it over for now?
I'd love to hear your stories.
Thanks
Mimi

You are testing to much to early, leave it a few days and then test again!

Good luck Smile

As much as it’s hard not to test you’re potentially going to cause yourself a lot of heart ache testing so early/often.
And mother nature is so cruel in that pregnancy and period symptoms are so similar early days.
Try relax, eat well, exercise, drink in moderation. Don’t put life on hold. Fingers crossed for you!
