I got my peak OPK early Wednesday morning.
The previous month I got it mid day and ovulated the following day (confirmed by BBT and ovulation spotting).
I felt rubbish Wednesday night and I thought it was happening then. I've struggled with BBT this month because I'm just not sleeping through. But apps still put ovulation as Wednesday too. However, I didn't spot (do 90% of cycles).
Last night - spotting! So at 4dpo its early for my usual luteal phase spotting. So did I ovulate yesterday? Is it possible to ovulate 4 days after my peak?
