Anyone just gone into their tww?

I'm 2 dpo and would love some buddies to help get me through the dreaded tww this is my second month ttc first baby

Hi @tossacoin1 I am either 1 or 2dpo today. I think 2 going by sharp pains Thursday evening.
I'm also on 2nd month TTC first baby :)

@biscuit13 oh awesome sounds like we're the same then according to my app I'm 1 DPO but going by cm I think 2dpo although not 100% sure. Have you been using opks? I feel like we didn't do it enough/early enough this month so I'm not hopeful

@tossacoin1 ah yeah exactly the same. I did opks, I used the Femometer strips and also the CB advanced digital. So I got my peak on both Thursday morning (CD20), although the cheaper strip did look almost positive Wednesday evening. So probably started overnight. And then had sharp pains Thursday evening which I though was too early for ovulation pains but it must have been because that's all I've had and I can normally feel it each month.
Oh dont, we had both agreed to really try this month after being casual last month. But then I got a really bad cold and we only managed to do dtd on thursday evening and that's it! So I think I've literally got no chance this month. So I know how you feel.... I actually feel silly for joining these threads this month as it's so unlikely!
Did you use opks?

@biscuit13 well they do say you only need to do it once so you're definitely not out. I know three people who only did it once around ovulation and all conceived first time. No I've never used them but if I don't conceive this cycle I will 100% use them next month. Every month I always recognise ovulation pains but this time I think I had them but dismissed them as I thought it was too early. Now annoyingly I can't remember what day I had them!! It's so frustrating not knowing

According to my temp chart I ovulated yesterday but I didnt have my usual ovulation pain this month . Fx for us all 🤞🏻🤞🏻

@gemgem1404 did you have ewcm? I've just bought a temp therm so I have no knowledge of tracking that way. I've heard about the implantation dip so was hoping it might give me an indication if I have conceived this month then will start tracking properly if not

Me. I was meant to ovulate Thursday but it might have been Wednesday. So I'm a few days in.

@tossacoin1 yes I've had the cm over the last couple of days I had my temperature dip 2 days ago now my temperature is on the rise so it must've happened 😅😅

@tossacoin1 it is helpful using opks, I've seen a lot of people saying it increases the stress, but for me I find it less stressful and more reassuring that my body is doing what it's supposed to, and it all ties in with me having ewcm too so it is accurate.

@biscuit13 that's one of the reasons I didn't want to do them just yet cause I thought it would make it more stressful but that's interesting hearing you say that. I think next month I will definitely buy some, thanks. When will you be testing? I'm hoping by next Sunday latest I will get some symptoms if conceived

@paintfairy are you driving yourself mad yet? When do you plan on testing? You're just a day ahead of me (not that I know for sure). I'm trying not to overthink anything for a while yet as I know it's too early for anything

@tossacoin1 yeah not sleeping and stressing I can't get a temp to even confirm I ovulated! Once I do, I'll be happy and will hopefully switch off a bit. The temping and opks definitely stress me. I'm pulling back next month!

I'm not planning on testing. I'll just wait for af to arrive which is predicted for 29th.

@tossacoin1 maybe that's just me though, I like knowing whats going on lol im going to try and hold off testing unless I get symptoms... AF is predicted on the 28th but last month was 4 days earlier than my app predicted. last month I got AF 12 days after ovulation... im going to try and wait until the 28th though I think.... its hard because my cycles are all different each month, so last month when I got sore boobs really early I thought it was a good sign but turned out AF was early... so that's taught me to be more patient this month.

@biscuit13 😂😂 That's my plan. But let's see what happens in another week. Lol. I just can't see the point in wasting money on tests though. And false hope. Because knowing a few days early won't change anything. Either way.

@paintfairy exactly! Plus when I do find out, I want it to be a stronger line... not guessing is it/isnt it.... like you said it wont change anything knowing a few days earlier! I'm with you on this one!

@biscuit13 @paintfairy I completely agree with both of you and I would love to wait till af was due to test but I know that will never happen 😂 it is def a waste of money, I spent so much last month on tests but that didn't stop me. So I've actually just bought some cheap ones off eBay for a couple quid as know what I'm like and won't be able to wait. Last month I thought I had symptoms when they wasn't so I'm def gonna try and be more chilled this month.....she says

@paintfairy you've changed your mind I see lol well at least they are cheap ones so you aren't wasting too much money have you had any symptoms yet?

I don't know. I've had a funny month. Random spotting Sunday at 4dpo but that's assuming I even ovulated when I thought. And I often spot on and off anyway. Feel slightly crampy today but can't decide if its in my head. Temp is high today finally. It's been all over.

@paintfairy I'm exactly the same with the cramps. I thought I had a slight pain in my right pelvic area earlier but it only lasted a minute and now I'm wondering if it even happened! I had intense cramps last night but I think that was due to my bowels haha

Hi @AnxiousAnnie86 I am only 5dpo and I am symptom spotting like crazy even though I know its too early for anything really yet. So many people have symptoms so early on but I read somewhere that before implantation your body doesn't even know it's pregnant yet so how can you have symptoms. Obviously people do I just wish I was one of them!
