I'm not going mad am I? There is a vv faint line here? 8/9 days post ovulation. I'm super thirsty all the time. Been waking up to pee for the past 2 nights.

Line eyes at the ready!!

Sharlo53 · 11/02/2020 08:11

I see it!

Whyhaveidonethis · 11/02/2020 08:15

Phew!! Yesterday's was too faint to even take a picture of!! I KNEW it was there though. Fingers crossed it's not a chemical again.

I can see it! Not bad for 8/9 dpo 😊 Keeping absolutely everything crossed x

Loveislandlydia · 11/02/2020 16:07

I see it! Fingers crossed for you Flowers

Whyhaveidonethis · 11/02/2020 16:49

Thanks all. Feel really pessimistic about it this afternoon for some reason

I see it

MrsA2015 · 11/02/2020 16:55

Keep positive OP , I can see a line!

LouH1981 · 11/02/2020 17:34

@Whyhaveidonethis probably your minds way of protecting you. Try to stay positive or distract yourself if you can (easy to say I know).
Will you test again tomorrow am?

Loveislandlydia · 11/02/2020 17:58

Definitely self-protection mechanism. It’s not necessarily a bad thing but just keep as busy as you can so it doesn’t get you too down!

Whyhaveidonethis · 11/02/2020 20:26

@LouH1981 and @Loveislandlydia maybe. I'm over analysing everything right now.

Can defo see something, retest today or tomorrow x

Whyhaveidonethis · 12/02/2020 07:12

It's hardly there this morning. Maybe it was a pink indent. Feel really emotional and can't stop crying.

I think testing at 8/9 DPO is always risky (and god knows I've done it so many times!)

The problem is that when an embryo initially tries to implant it releases an initial amount of hcg - FRER are so sensitive that they can pick this up. Problem is that human fertility odds show that most of the time implantation doesn't complete - that's why sooooo many people get a very faint line on 9DPO (which is the most common day for implantation to occur) and then a negative the next

Whyhaveidonethis · 12/02/2020 08:08

@itwasalovelydreamwhileitlasted I think you are right. It's been 21 months though and I am feeling so depressed about the whole thing.

Hope are ok OP. Have you tested today?

LouH1981 · 13/02/2020 12:14

@Whyhaveidonethis Been thinking about you, hope all is ok. Good luck for today’s test if you are doing one xx

Whyhaveidonethis · 13/02/2020 13:43

Tested last night and it was there and stronger. This morning it was very faint again. Going to try to hold off testing till Saturday, bet I cant

@Whyhaveidonethis that's fab! Honestly you're still quite early and 2 days will make a great difference x

Whyhaveidonethis · 13/02/2020 15:45

I feel really low about it right now. All symptoms seem to have gone and I could just cry. Thank you though @maria2bela I appreciate you reminding me to be sensible! I actually really needed that reminder. Smile

Whyhaveidonethis · 14/02/2020 16:55

Oh @Whyhaveidonethis I am so very sorry 💐 Mother Nature can be bloody cruel at times. TTC is such a rollercoaster of emotions.
I’m sure you have already thought about this or may have done it already but have you asked your GP for the 21 day blood test to check your hormone levels? xxxxx
