TTC so tracking cycles and I normally have a very regular 29 day cycle. Started using opk this month and never got a peak but had all the ovulation symptoms at the normal time I usually do so assumed I'd ovulated. Tested at 14dpo when period due but bfn and then another bfn at 16dpo and then today I tested again as still no AF which is very unusual and I got a faint BFP (on 3 tests so I don't think it's evap but you never know!) I'm wondering if maybe I just ovulated a bit later? But then I'm surprised it worked as last time we dtd was 22nd jan (and again on 31st). I'm so confused! But I guess the only way to know is test again in a couple of days and if a stronger BFP visit the dr?

Maybe you ovulated on 30th or 31st? Could that be a possibility.

Continentalmama · 10/02/2020 18:46

Yer I'm beginning to think that might be what happened and I'm actually still quite early post ovulation and that's why the tests are faint. Will continue testing and hope the line gets stronger and if it does then assume i ovulated around the 31st.

I had a similar experience but didn't get a bfp until I was 9 days late so 23dpo! I don't know if it was late ovulation or my body just slow in raising the hgc levels. Took a cb digi which said 3-4 weeks pregnant so was definitely pregnant when had the bfn on other tests. The dating scan only put me 4 days later than the generic nhs method of using last date of period so who knows what happened with ovulation. Good news is I have a lovely 3yr old DS from the whole experience!
Sounds like you're pregnant - congratulations Flowers

Where these tests frer or others?

Continentalmama · 11/02/2020 07:21

None were frer (can't get them here) but 2 were early cb and 2 normal ones. Could see faint line on all but more obvious on the early detection CB. Here is a pic of this mornings early detection CB and it's def getting stronger. But for AF 6days (cd36) late if I'd ovulated where I thought I did cd15/16 then obviously line isn't that strong but I feel good that it's darkening.

@somethingaboutyou that's great to know thank you!

Another clear frer BFN this morning with FMU. So we only BD 24th/25th/26th, so if I am pg I would either be 16dpo or 18dpo or AF will come. I'm not gonna do anymore tests, if AF doesn't come by CD56, I will go to the doctors and get it checked out. I'm pretty sure it should have had a faint something on those tests if I was. Not much i can do, peeing on a stick hasnt really solved or changed anything, so time will tell Confused I've had no spotting just some mild cramping which had gone for the minute xx

Hey everyone! I am new here but ONG am I going nuts! I am 16dpo today and got a bpn. But I feel like I know my body pretty well and I’m not feeling right. With my last little I got Bfp before period was to arrive. 8-10dpo I had cramping and twinges and was very tired. Headache yesterday and occasional dizziness. Has anyone gotten a late positive past 16dpo?

jesshart1011 · 20/10/2020 15:55

This give me hope! I’m 16dpo now but if I was a gambler I’d put money down that I was prego! Fingers crossed!

Hey! I’m 16 dpo and 3 days late, tons of
Symptoms- a few faint positives but the rest negative. I was wondering if any of you were pregnant? Thanks! Xx
